I booked through Udrive Car Hire and it was such an easy process. The website was simple to use, the prices were clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever just to get everything sorted.

Pickup was quick, the paperwork didn’t take long, and the car was ready when I arrived. Dropping it back was just as hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend giving them a go if you want a straightforward rental.

Drop off was easy. Location worked well for me. Handy spot. I did have to wait a little, though. No one was around right away. Took longer than I thought. But it got sorted in the end. Not bad overall. Just could be a bit smoother.

I used udrive.com.au and was actually impressed with the range of cars they had. I could look through small cars, SUVs, and some nicer options without too much mucking around. If anything, they kind of made me spend longer comparing because there were so many choices. Still, it made it easier to find something that fit my trip and budget, so I was happy overall.

"Insurance info was surprisingly straightforward"
I have to say, one thing udrive.com.au did really well was make the insurance info easy to understand. The cover, excess, and the main things to be careful about were all explained in plain language, so I wasn’t left clicking around trying to work out what was actually included.

My only small gripe is that I still had to slow down and read it carefully, because insurance details are never exactly fun. But compared with other booking sites, this felt a lot less frustrating and made the whole booking process feel more relaxed. Overall, I was happy with it.

I booked with Udrive for a weekend and it was good value. The price was lower than a few other places I looked at, and there wasn’t any weird extra stuff or hassle when I picked the car up. The car was clean, clean enough that I had no complaints, and it did exactly what I needed. Dropping it off was quick too. For what I paid, I was happy happy with it and I’d use them again if the prices stay like this.

"Annoyingly easy to change my booking"
I booked through udrive.com.au and, i was expecting changing anything last minute to be a pain. But I had to shift my pickup time and it was surprisingly hassle-free, which I’ll admit was handy.
The booking process was clear enough, and I did appreciate not feeling completely locked into one option. I’m not usually one to get excited about booking sites, but this did make things less stressful. I’d probably use it again.
